Welcome to your new guild management system and thank you for choosing MyGuildHost.

This is a small introduction to the many features available to you and is intended to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Administrator Account
The administrator account is the first account made on your guild site. It is undeleteable and undemotable and will retain full priveleages on everything.

 

Adding Guild Members
For existing members:
Under the user menu, or main menu, hit "Apply!". On the application page simply fill out everything and then under Guild Code enter that to skip all the application questions.

New members: Hit "Apply!" and fill out all the information including the other fields the GM may have added.

Mail and Profile System
Your guild portal comes with a comprehensive set of mail tools and profile options.

Profile: Inside your profile you can upload a profile picture, a forum avatar, change your name, email, password, allow or disallow people to post on your wall, and change your forum signature.

Mailbox: Your mailbox allows you to send mail, view your Inbox, and see your Outbox. Via your outbox you can see whether a user has read your message, or even deleted it! Throughout the website you will also see little "mail" icons next to user/character names that will let you send mail to that user in a convenient popup window without losing your place.

Calendar & Event Management
To add an event you must login to your administration panel and create an event (with an unlimited number of future dates that can be preset). These will show up on the upcoming events list and on the calendar overview page. On mouseover a menu will appear with the event and time so users can easily check events.

Users will then be able to look at the event, see a description, and sign up, leaving comments that are viewable on mouseover.

Forums
We have created 2 forums to get you started. One is a general discussion board where any registered user can post and view, and another is a members only forum where ONLY people with a member or higher rank will have view/post access.

Roster
Your roster will be filled out when people add character information to their profiles. Users can do this via the "Manage Characters" option under their user menu.

Progression
A world of warcraft list of bosses has been preloaded for you. In your administration panel simply click "Add Boss Kill" on the dashbaord and click "Killed" on the appropriate boss to add a kill. Zones will be cleared when all bosses have at least one kill.

DKP
Importing DKP:
DKP is imported via the administration panel using eqDKP style XML strings. For World of Warcraft the preferred mod to track raids is CT_RaidTracker. Otherwise, if your game does not support eqDKP XML strings, simply add a raid manually.

DKP Pools: Pools allow you to have an unlimited number of pools for DKP tracking. This lets you the GM seperate 10 man and 25 man raid DKP, for instance.
